These are gentle exercises conducted in the pool by an experienced therapist, tailored to participants’ needs, designed for individuals over 60 years of age.
The exercises take place at a calm pace, with the full support of water, which naturally relieves the musculoskeletal system and allows for freer movement without strain.
The sessions focus on releasing tension, improving range of motion, and restoring a sense of lightness in the body.
Warm water promotes regeneration, calms the nervous system, and helps gently stimulate circulation.
The ritual is recommended for individuals experiencing stiffness, fatigue, or movement discomfort, as well as those who wish to remain active in a safe and mindful way.
This is time for movement without haste, in harmony with the body’s capabilities and natural breathing rhythm.
