It represents the first facet of athotel35’s values – a passion for simplicity, openness, and a friendly approach. We believe that authenticity and the greatest beauty lie in the simplest things.

ATTA’s cuisine draws inspiration from traditional Polish and international recipes, which Chef Maciej Piątek reinterprets, giving them a unique character. The proposed menu is a tribute to nature and the changing seasons, allowing the full flavor of seasonal ingredients to be brought out.

We found the highest quality products – vegetables, fruits, fish, eggs, cheeses, and meat – in our region. We are delighted, as these will form the basis of the dishes in our restaurant.

We prepare our own pasta, bake bread, and create sauces and syrups for our dishes and beverages from scratch.

We want to share our passion with guests, listen to their opinions, bring them joy, create unique experiences, and provide opportunities to celebrate life’s most important moments.

Amidst a minimalist design, our bartenders serve not only classic selections but also signature drinks that delight with their unique combinations of flavors and aromas. Here, you can start your day with an energizing matcha or freshly brewed coffee, and in the evening, indulge in a moment of relaxation with a selection of wines – from crisp whites and full-bodied reds to delicate sparkling options.

Surrounded by natural oak wood and minimalist design with subtle steel elements reminiscent of Lake Słupeckie’s surface, Bar 35 captivates with its finish – the custom-built structure of selected marble with a unique texture emphasizes the beauty of nature, while comfortable, inviting high chairs encourage longer relaxation and conversation. Our friendly bartenders always greet you with a smile and kindness, ready to recommend signature drinks, delicious eco-friendly coffee, or matcha in the spirit of well-being. Our display case also holds tempting desserts – light, fluffy sweets – and mini-delicatessen items composed of freshly baked breads and homemade preserves, all crafted by our Chef, Maciej Piątek. Bar 35 is a place where every sip and bite becomes a small celebration of good taste.
