Saunas at NEI SPA Rituals – wellness zone in Greater Poland
The sauna zone at athotel35 is a thoughtfully designed space for body and mind regeneration. Four different types of saunas allow you to choose the temperature, humidity, and heat intensity according to individual needs – from deep relaxation to intensive detoxification.
This place was created for guests seeking peace, balance, and real health benefits, in an intimate SPA hotel by the lake, near Poznań.
Complementing the SPA zone:
Which saunas are available at athotel35?
- Steam bath (42–48°C)
- IR Sauna – Infrared
- Finnish Sauna (80–90°C)
- Sanarium (60–70°C)
Each sauna operates within a different temperature and humidity range, making the zone suitable for both beginners and advanced sauna users.
Steam bath | gentle warmth and hydration
- Temperature: 42–48°C
- Humidity: very high
The steam bath is one of the mildest forms of sauna bathing. Warm steam intensely moisturizes the skin and respiratory tract, promoting relaxation and unwinding.
Especially effective for:
- respiratory tract and sinuses
- dry and sensitive skin
- reduction of muscle tension
- calming and mental relaxation
Ideal after a day of work, travel, or as an introduction to further SPA rituals.
IR Sauna (Infrared) | regeneration without high temperatures
- Temperature: approx. 40–60°C
The IR sauna uses infrared radiation that penetrates deep into tissues, without the need for very high air temperatures. This is an excellent solution for individuals who do not tolerate traditional saunas well.
Benefits of IR sauna:
- reduction of muscle and joint pain
- support for post-exertion regeneration
- improved circulation
- gentle body detoxification
Recommended after physical activity, walks by the lake, or a workout.
Finnish Sauna | classic form of deep sauna bathing
- Temperature: 80–90°C
- Humidity: low
The Finnish sauna is the most intense form of sauna, recommended for experienced users. High temperatures induce strong sweating, accelerate metabolism, and support immunity.
Effective for:
- strengthening the immune system
- cleansing the body of toxins
- improving circulation
- deep muscle relaxation
Best combined with cooling and rest in the relaxation zone.
Sanarium | balance between warmth and comfort
- Temperature: 60–70°C
- Humidity: moderate
The Sanarium is an ideal compromise between a Finnish sauna and a steam bath. Milder conditions allow for a longer stay and deep relaxation without excessive strain on the body.
Recommended for:
- beginners
- longer relaxation sessions
- nervous system regeneration
- improving sleep quality
An excellent complement to a weekend SPA stay.
