The hotel officially opened on June 18, marking a new chapter on the map of unique leisure destinations in central Poland. Since that day, at hotel 35 has consistently pursued its mission of creating a space where design, comfort, and proximity to nature remain in perfect balance.
Located by Lake Słupeckie, in the heart of central Poland, the hotel offers an ideal combination of modern design, comfort, and connection with nature. It is a space designed for both relaxation and work, regeneration, and a conscious pause.

The symbolism of the circle – a logo rooted in nature and history
The logo of at hotel 35 is shaped like a circle – a symbol of continuity, harmony, and unity with the surrounding world. This form is deeply rooted in the nature and landscape of Lake Słupeckie.
The inspiration was the Swedish Mound (Kopiec Szwedzki) – a Lusatian culture stronghold surrounded by water, whose irregular shape resembles a closed circle. A local legend is associated with this place, telling of Swedish invasions and the cunning of the inhabitants who, by a trick with torches tied to cows’ horns, drove away the invaders.
The motif of the circle can also be found in nature – on the surface of the lake, when a raindrop creates delicate ripples. Subtle, fleeting, yet full of meaning. at hotel 35 fits into this landscape, connecting the past with the present and local traditions with a modern approach to architecture and hospitality.

The hotel is located by Lake Słupeckie, in the peaceful town of Słupca, right next to the award-winning piers and a modern promenade. Thanks to its proximity to the A2 motorway, access is quick and convenient from various parts of the country.

Architecture inspired by the landscape
The promenade by Lake Słupeckie, designed by Paweł Grobelny, is a harmonious blend of modern design and natural landscape. Round piers, minimalist forms, and openness to the water create a space conducive to relaxation and reflection.
The structure of at hotel 35, utilizing natural materials, perfectly integrates into this environment. Spacious interiors filled with natural light emphasize the unique character of the place and create a cohesive whole with the lakeside landscape.
Rooms – comfort in the spirit of warmed minimalism
For our Guests, we have prepared 56 modern standard rooms, designed with comfort, safety, and freedom in mind. They are dominated by light beige colors, soft sand-colored carpeting, and natural oak elements. Enveloping fabrics and friendly lighting promote tranquility and regeneration.
The rooms are equipped with smart control systems – lighting can be adjusted to your mood using a wall panel. The 55-inch Smart TV allows you to:
- order room service,
- select a pillow from the pillow menu,
- learn about hotel and local attractions,
- quickly contact reception.
Most rooms have a balcony with a view of the lake or forest, and large windows provide access to natural light throughout the day.
Suites and amenities
For those seeking an even higher standard, we have prepared 10 individually designed suites. They consist of two independent rooms, a terrace or garden access, and a spacious bathroom finished with travertine or marble, featuring a bathtub ideal for long relaxation.
To ensure the comfort of all Guests, the hotel also offers a room fully adapted for guests using wheelchairs.
